WELCOME TO OUR SAVIOUR'S LUTHERAN CHURCH
For us, Jesus is not just a historical figure, but someone who is alive and present – someone you can know, love, and experience yourself.
His message of love and salvation through faith is what we teach as a church. We welcome you to join us in learning more about who Jesus is, and experiencing his presence today
In the Spirit of Jesus, we grow in faith through Worship and Education while Nurturing and Serving God’s community.
Since 1945 we’ve been here in central Tucson, serving the community by living the message of Jesus Christ. So whatever your personal situation, we invite you to take a look at Our Saviour’s and join us on our mission.
Please excuse us as we work on updating the new website and adding information. Thank you!
Gathering together for Worship as a community of faith is the primary part of our lives together. We meet each week for music, prayer and reading of scripture. Currently we gather on Sundays for Chapel Communion in our historic chapel at 7:30 am and for Traditions Worship in our main sanctuary at 9:00am. For the seasons of Lent and Advent we gather for mid-week worship as well as occasional special services other times of the year. See our current schedule on our Publications page.
When we gather for worship, and especially when are celebrating Holy Communion, all are welcome.
There are many ways that we teach and care for those in our congregation and many of those are highlighted on our Youth & Family Ministry page.
Nurturing God's community happens in a variety of ways, inside and outside the church. There are many ways that we are caring for, and encouraging others in our community and they are highlighted on our Outreach Page.
And the latest update of what is happening in those areas, and much more can be found in our Publications.
Serving others is the most basic of part of our calling as Christians. There are a variety of opportunities to serve within the congregation and many of those are listed on our Publications page.
But just as important are the ways we care for our neighbors and community through Outreach. On the Outreach page you will find information about many of the ways we are at work in our community, we partner with other ministries and we care for God's creation.

FROM OUR PASTOR
“Christian Faith” has been abused, maligned and misrepresented in recent years and most of the reason is us. Christians have given those outside our faith all the ammo they need to label us as self-righteous, judgemental and homophobic. We have divided ourselves with denominational-ism, we have allowed our academics to fist-fight over theology, and we…Read More
